As the son of a research scientist from Rothamsted Research, he knew he wanted to work outside in agriculture and through his part time job at a dairy farm, he completed his agricultural apprenticeship.<\/p>\n<p>When his current role was advertised at a place he had visited as a child with his Dad, he knew he had to go for it. He never thought he would be a crucial part of the research and innovation system.<\/p>\n<h2>Phil Le-Grice (Research Technician, North Wyke)<\/h2>\n<p>Roles like Josh\u2019s and the technical team are fundamental to the delivery of the research endeavour.
