This happens using a platform called Researchfish.<\/p>\n<p>If you are the lead researcher associated with a research grant or fellowship from UKRI, we will ask you to provide an annual update on your project&#8217;s outcomes. It&#8217;s usually part of the terms and conditions of your award, unless you have an exemption.<\/p>\n<p>You can only submit your report once per year, during the submission period. However, you can update your outcomes all year round, and we encourage you to do so.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not report, your funding may be withdrawn.<\/p>\n<p>Research outcomes are made publicly available for the purposes of transparency and knowledge-sharing on UKRI\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gtr.ukri.org\/\">Gateway to Research<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The next submission period is from 2 February 2026 until 4pm on 12 March 2026.
